The Snazz Top 30 Independent Businesses of the Year celebrates 30 remarkable women who are building successful businesses without losing sight of themselves along the way.
At Snazz the Edit, we believe sustainable business growth requires two things: a strong strategy for where you are going and a mindful approach to how you get there. It is about having clear plans, making intentional decisions and creating a business that can grow, while also protecting your well-being, mindset and life beyond your work.
Every woman selected for this year’s Top 30 demonstrates these values. Some have created an exceptional balance between strategy and mindfulness, while others stand out through their powerful approach to one of these areas. What unites them is their commitment to building businesses thoughtfully, intentionally and sustainably.
From florists, skincare founders and jewellery designers to accountants, marketing strategists and service-based business owners, this year’s Top 30 represents the breadth and brilliance of women-led independent business.
Each founder is creating something entirely different, but every one of them is showing that ambition, well-being and sustainable growth can exist side by side.
